Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → GigaRizz → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Open the GigaRizz app → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your photos, generated outputs, and account data within 30 days.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

My generation failed — what happened?

AI generation occasionally fails due to provider rate limits, content moderation flags, or transient errors. Your generation quota is not consumed for failed generations. Try again in a few seconds; if it persists, email support with the time of the failure.

Why does my photo look slightly different from me?

AI generation is probabilistic and works best with multiple high-quality reference photos. For best identity preservation use Pose Studio (powered by InstantID) or Outfit/Hairstyle Studio (powered by Nano Banana 2). Avoid heavily filtered or low-resolution source photos.

Can I use generated photos on dating apps?

Yes — that is the intended use. Some dating platforms (Tinder, Hinge, Bumble) require disclosure of AI-generated photos in your profile; please follow each platform's rules. We recommend mixing AI-generated photos with real photos for authenticity.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Your photos are sent to AI providers only to fulfill your generation request and are not retained by them or by us for training purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

I want to report abuse or a violation

Email abuse@gigarizz.app with details. CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, and impersonation are all violations of our Terms of Service and will be removed and, where required, reported to authorities.
